2019 personal goals

Inspired by a post from David Bonilla i have decided to share my personal objectives for 2019.
After a 2018 where the constant unplanned big changes made me more resilient or at least a good survivor, those are my 2019 personal objectives in no particular order:
- Became a remote working expert.
After a year boosting the remote working adoption at work, i want to test new tools and improve remote for one on ones, retrospectives or any kind of meeting / interaction. I want to be able to do all kind of interactions with no pain and boost the remote culture. - Share Agile culture outside SFT Technology department.
I want to start sharing Agile culture outside the Softonic tech department. That means other SFT departments or at home or at my kids school or wherever is not SFT tech department. - Stop fighting Vs the clock
I want to find the perfect balance between work time and family time. Find peace looking at the clock and stop being Alicia’s white rabbit. - Less yelling to our kids
With 3 kids, there are moments where the only solution i found is yelling to the kids, and i don’t like it. So this year i want to work to erase, or at least minimize, those yelling moments. - More music
This year I restarted Tx&Q13 project, doing some acoustic shows, i want to keep playing live. And on the other hand, i want to improve in my never ending journey learning how to play guitar. - Write & share experiences with blog posts
After learning a lot from the agile community, last year i wanted to start sharing my experiences and start returning what i got from the community. Last year I wrote 1 post, not a big success, so this year i want to write at least 1 post every quarter.
